Investment Capital
The Investor and Executive buy-to-let packages require investment capital of £30,000 for each package. With the Professional package you will be purchasing two buy-to-let properties at a time and will therefore require investment capital of £60,000.
The investment capital is retained by you, preferably in a designated account specifically for your buy-to-let investment property, and used to fund the deposits, legal and estate agent fees, mortgage arrangement and refurbishment of the property before letting. The investment capital is then recycled, through mortgage leveraging, into every new buy-to-let property you purchase.
Procurement Fee
We are confident that your buy-to-let property will double in value within seven to 10 years. So confident, in fact, that we wait until the property increases in value by at least 70% before charging a procurement fee. This is akin to a finder’s fee, but we’d prefer to think as a profit share and don’t ask for it upfront. The procurement fee per buy-to-let property is the same whichever investment package you have, we're here to help you move forward with your buy-to-let portfolio.
