Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer - Propertyrush Ltd, limits its liability to the extent permitted by law for any losses or damage whatsoever from the use or inability to use this site or from any electronic or telecommunications failure.

Propertyrush Ltd accepts no liability for any losses or damage whatsoever as a result of either the user personally or any third party adviser copying and, or, employing techniques and, or, strategies outlined by Propertyrush Ltd on it's website or in it’s literature, as there are property market fluctuations and, or, variations in property types, prices, locations, contract costs and services beyond Propertyrush’s control.

Propertyrush Ltd accepts no liability whatsoever for inaccurate information gathered, displayed, or linked on it’s website from any third party websites or sources. It is the user’s responsibility to check and verify sources of information before acting upon them.

Referral Incentive Program - If you (the Introducer) personally introduce a prospective client (a Referral) to Propertyrush, who is not already known to us, i.e. they (the Referral/s) are not already a Propertyrush client, Propertyrush prospect or not already registered as a Referral, and “your referral” becomes a client of Propertyrush by signing our current agreement and paying the membership fee (funds must clear into Propertyrush’s bank account from your referral), Propertyrush will pay you the referral incentive commission of £500 (five hundred pounds sterling) into your chosen UK bank account. Introducers and the Referral must be UK Resident to qualify. Before the incentive commission is paid to the Introducer, original Photo ID a Utility Bill is required by Propertyrush to verify the identity and UK Residency of the Introducer.

English law - These terms shall be governed under the Law and Jurisdiction of England and Wales.
